Yes, you can. Have you registered for the Park component, you can also register yourself for Street (same classification, of course).

Benescoot Fest's judging panel consists of three experienced professionals who judge at multiple international stunt scooter competitions. The judges will evaluate your run on four points: difficulty, variety, consistency and style. Each point counts for 25%.

  1. Difficulty
Do difficult tricks and try to land them well. Show what you can do and make sure your tricks are different from others.
  2. Variety
Use as many different tricks as possible and try to use the whole park with original lines. Make sure your run is unique.
  3. Consistency
Every time you fall or don't land cleanly, you lose points. Stay well on your step to get a high score.
  4. Style
Land your tricks neatly, make everything look easy and smooth and be original.

Yes, there are cash prizes, vouchers and gear to be won!!! This varies depending on which category you are entered in.

Yes. Riders from all countries are welcome to participate. In addition to the overall ranking, we will also make a separate ranking of the first three Belgian and Dutch riders.

This year, we deliberately opened the doors for international riders to connect the Belgian and Dutch scooter community with the world's best. This way, we lift the event and the sport to a higher level.

Sure. The Belgian-Dutch Champion title still goes to the best Belgian and/or Dutch riders. The first three from these countries will be ranked separately, regardless of final position in the overall competition.

The competition has become more challenging. But you don't grow by standing still. Just by challenging yourself and riding among the best, you learn the most.

International riders bring a high level, but also inspiration. Belgium and the Netherlands already have great riders, and we want even more. By learning from each other and pushing each other, we are lifting the whole scene to a higher level.

This event has not become less of you - rather, the stage is bigger. And that's exactly what the sport needs. We are growing scootering together, step by step, trick by trick.

No, participating in the competition is at your own risk, Skateland, Benescoot or the organization is not responsible for any physical and/or material damage to (material of) participants.

The stunt scooter workshops are guided introductory classes in which beginners and those interested can learn the basic skills of scooting in an approachable way under the guidance of experienced instructors.

Sure! Everyone is welcome to free skate during the event. Just keep in mind that you pay Skateland's regular entrance fee for this and that free stepping is not always possible as you are used to, because the event is going on at that time.

Yes, for young children there are fun, creative workshops that guarantee fun and entertainment. Definitely worth checking out together!

We recommend bringing your own scooter. However, there will be limited stunt scooters available to borrow during workshops.

Yes, there is a cozy bar available with delicious coffee and tea, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. In addition, snacks are available, as well as hot dishes such as fries, special sandwiches and handmade brick oven pizzas.

No, we do not accept cash. Payment can only be made by pin.

Yes, there is limited paid parking right outside the door.

Absolutely! At the back of the Skateland grounds - Piekyard - you'll find a cozy chill spot. There is also a sunny terrace on the side of the building, and inside the café and skatepark there are plenty of places to relax.

Yes, that's right! On Saturday night, we will host an after party especially for all riders. We keep it cozy, but don't make it too late. On Sunday, of course, we continue with the championships!

Rule for Rookies: Rookies is only for participants born in 2011 or more recently. If you are from 2010 or earlier, you must compete in AM or PRO.

The judges will judge your run on four points: difficulty, variety, consistency and style. Each point counts for 25%.

  • Visitors who are not stepping do not have to pay an entrance fee or make a reservation. Come on down!
  • Upon arrival, sign up as a participant as soon as possible.
  • The entry fee is to cover a portion of the cost of the contest, not for entrance to the skate park. Skatepark entrance fees are separate and must be paid to Skateland per day at the skatepark entrance.

Throughout the weekend there will be booths from some of our sponsors: TrotShop for all your scooter parts and TSL and WeAR for merch (shirts, hoodies, caps, ...). Be sure to check them out!
